Unifi experience

New Unifi experience, no more slow speed and lagging encountered in playing online games, YouTube or even streaming dramas. Happy yeah? 



Worst thing come here, not the bill, since i am not the one paying for it. 
But what tortured me is the wireless connection. Who have this experience to find the router unable to be connected? my laptop can detect it, but it just could not connect it some time. even the ipad fails to do so if it's downstairs. (the router is at the living room upstairs- center of the house). they shows " no response from the router, it will suggest u to off the router and retry. but i have tried so many times. the same goes for iphones too.
I have tried updating my driver, changing wireless channel and it's still the same !
however, connecting with cable turn out just fine. 

What can i do ?
